Diagnosis: Biopsy-confirmed MASH (liver inflammation and fat accumulation).

Liver Scarring: Moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (Stage F2 or F3).

Metabolic Health: Stable weight and established risk factors like type 2 diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, or abnormal cholesterol.

Who Cannot Join (Exclusion Criteria)

Other Liver Diseases: History of hepatitis B or C, autoimmune liver disease, or Wilson's disease.

Advanced Liver Failure: Cirrhosis (Stage F4) or any history of liver decompensation (e.g., fluid in the abdomen or internal bleeding).

Alcohol Use: Excess alcohol consumption or a history of alcohol abuse within the last 5 years.

Severe Conditions: Recent heart attack, stroke, severe kidney disease, or active cancer.
